	CDM implementation and capacity building; assessment of CDM projects in partner countries
	Capacity Development for CDM (CD4CDM) & Using Carbon Finance to Promote Sustainable Energy in Africa (CF-SEA) project teams
	techno-economic and sustainable development analysis of bio-energy opportunities in developing countries

Recent experience:

	carbon finance capacity and project pipeline development in Sub-Saharan Africa, World Bank
	CDM project design and implementation in South Africa
	lead author, study on feasibility of increasing ethanol use in Africa and linkages to poverty reduction
	policies for eliminating lead in gasoline in Africa
